MUSIC HALL ♫ Hot Tub/Stage/Rooftop/Walk to Gulch!

Please respect the property as if it is your own. No pets are allowed on the property. Unfortunately our furry friend pet hair and dirty paws make for a longer clean up time. All items are inventoried so each guest has the same great experience. Please let us know if something is missing or gets accidentally broken. Any broken items will be reported to Airbnb for reimbursement. NO PARTIES or large gatherings. Keep any exterior doors closed at all time unless entering or exiting the property. This includes the 3rd floor sliding glass door. Quiet hours are 10 PM - 8 AM. We have close-by neighbors and sound carries quickly, especially outdoors. If the police are called or if neighbors complain about the noise level, we are subject to take your deposit on the stay. Please use caution and read all instructions before using the hot tub, elevator, fire pit, etc. You and your fellow guests assume risk upon booking, so please be sure that everyone knows how to interact safely with these items/areas. Please park in the two designated parking spaces in front of unit B (the unit on the RIGHT) or else on the street. Be sure to not block in any cars or driveways. Please only eat food in the main dining area / kitchen. No glitter or confetti is permitted on the property as it finds a way to linger for months and is very hard to fully clean up. Do not use tape are sticky strip wall hangings as it damages the drywall. Using any of these things will result in an additional damage or cleaning fee. Please be mindful when wiping off make up. Please use provided make up wipes and black fiber cloth make up towels. Make up stains our white towels and sheets very easily. We want to alleviate any soaking or extra cleaning in ordr to have quicker turnover cleans and allow guests to check into the property as early as possible. Do not move furniture. No drugs or firearms are permitted on the property. Use extreme caution when using the spiral staircase to the rooftop deck and while hanging out on the rooftop deck. Do not attempt to climb over the railing to the adjacent property as this is trespassing and you will be asked to immediately leave the property. You will be sent a check out list. Please be sure to follow that list and leave the property in a tidy condition. Children are welcome to join but they must be attended at all times. There are 2 flights of interior stairs, and one spiral staircase on the 3rd level porch. The elevator, hot tub, stairs, and high-level decks present a risk when children are present. All items are up to local safety code laws, but caution must be exercised if children are staying at the property. Guests can access the home via personalized front door code which will be given to them the day of check-in. Cars can be parked in the 2 driveway spots or else free street parking is available.
