Other Details to Note

Traveling with furry friends? Dogs smaller than 50 lbs are able to stay for a $175 pet fee! We have a large back yard that is great for pets to run around. We prefer that your pet does not jump on the furniture and that you clean up after it. Just as you’d wish with any pet visitors in your own home :)

House Rules

- This home is in a neighborhood, and we have very sweet neighbors of all ages living in homes adjacent to Holiday House. Please respect them by abiding to our quiet hours: 10 PM - 8 AM - No Parties - No Smoking - Be sure to check all drawers and cabinets to ensure you have all of your belongings. We are not responsible for items left behind. If you know you have left something behind, let us know. If we find it, we will price how much it is to package and send the item(s), and you can decide if you'd like them returned to you. - Pet fee is $150 - If there is any damage to the property, you will be responsible for the fix cost - No tape on walls (It will peel off the paint. We have hooks in place for banners.) - No glitter - If the property is not left in proper condition and requires our cleaning team to do extra work, you will be charged for the overtime hours. - In regards to maintenance requests, please let us know if something is not working or not right. We will make every effort to get it fixed. Please know that there are limited service providers and hours, so immediate service may not be available at all times. - Be sure to lock all doors upon leaving the property and also at night.

Great spacious spot. We enjoyed the walkable location, well-appointed kitchen, sleeping options, and (of course) the hot tub. Easy parking on the house property. I’d definitely stay here again.

The property was beautiful. Upon entering the house, we were impressed by its cleanliness and pleasant aroma. The location was also ideal; we enjoyed walking to nearby coffee shops, restaurants, and other establishments daily. We also took an Uber to downtown Nashville, which was only about a 10-minute ride. We will definitely be back and stay here again!

Amazing home for our Bachelorette trip! Location couldn’t have been better, safe neighborhood right next to a perfect mix of small shops and restaurants. Host was super responsive and kind, gave us a bunch of personal recommendations for things to do in town. Highly recommend!

Taylor was fabulous to work with and this adorable house is in the perfect location! We loved the hot tub, cute decor, and the beds were very comfortable. Loved being able to easily walk to the shops and restaurants of 12 South and just take a quick Uber to other popular parts of town. Would definitely recommend the Holiday House!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful house. There was plenty of room for a group of 8 adults. The hot tub was such a nice touch, and there was plenty to explore around the area. We truly enjoyed our time here. Would definitely stay again!

We loved staying here! The location was perfect , everything I wanted to see I could walk too. The house was perfect . The beds AMazing. Never slept so good! Taylor was amazing fast response time. We can't wait to stay here next time we visit Nashville
